LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY LAW
The regulation of employee-employer relations and workplace rules in accordance with the legislation and the proper and legal conduct of employee recruitment, performance evaluation and dismissal processes are of utmost importance for ensuring industrial peace and preventing disputes. In our office, we act as both employee and employer representatives with a preventive approach to the regulation of workplace relations and the prevention of disputes; and in order to resolve existing disputes in the fastest and most cost-effective way, we provide following legal services in the areas of litigation, enforcement, consultancy and projects;

Preparation of all kinds of legal texts, contracts, warnings and termination notices in order to ensure workplace discipline and to carry out recruitment and termination in accordance with the procedures; preparation of workplace regulations and implementation of compliance processes with the legislation,

Following up the evidence collection, termination processes compensation of employees who are subjected to mobbing in the workplace,

Mediation and litigation in all kinds of disputes arising from labor law, including labor claims, severance pay, notice pay and reinstatement to work cases,

Following up and collection of compensation arising from occupational accidents with and/or without injuries and death, as well as service determination lawsuits.
In addition, we provide legal services for the cancellation of unfair and excessive sanctions imposed on contracted private health service providers (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, etc.) by the Social Security Institution and for the return of the amounts paid/deductions made through the institution of precautionary measures and negative determination cases. We also provide legal representation in investigations and prosecutions initiated against responsible managers.
