ENFORCEMENT LAW

We provide services for the collection and recovery of commercial receivables arising from contracts, invoices or negotiable instruments of our real and legal person clients, as well as receivables arising from family law through enforcement proceedings. In addition, we provide legal services for the preparation of promissory notes, mortgages and collateral documents to secure our clients' receivables, and for the liquidation of these securities into cash.

 

In the light of the recent regulations made in favor of the debtor in the enforcement file, we follow a conciliatory approach in our enforcement activities, taking into account the payment capacity of the parties, in order to collect the highest amount in the fastest way possible before restricting the debtor's credit opportunities and causing them to cease their commercial activities.

 

We also provide legal services to individual and corporate clients who are experiencing financial difficulties to protect their rights and receivables from the threat of seizure and to ensure the management of their assets, to restructure their debts, and to companies in the concordat and bankruptcy process.
